The NBSR Busch Series headed to Texas for round #2. Dalegolf won the pole with a lighting fast lap of 192.906 and Roush Rocket Man 2nd with a fine lap of 192.055. 24 cars would take the green flag.

 Just like the first race the yellow would fly on lap #2.  s_thompson1 would run off the apron and Da_Kidd with no were to go would tap him. On lap #11 the Rocket man would take the lead with Dalegolf right on his rear bumper. Coming off turn 2 Dalegolf would take the air off of  Rocket.  Having to much power in his Roush Ford Rocket would loop it.

 Then on lap #12 the big one would happen as CWO3 would drift high coming out of turn #4 with Asphalt Kid on his high side he would mount wings and take a wild ride down the front stretch. When it was all said and done Bozzco, MWood53, and ilguy_28 would all be involved. Most of the front runners would come to pit road for fuel and fresh Goodyear's.

  The hard racing would be from 5th thru 19th with a hornets nest of cars racing for position. There would be 9 cautions in the race with most of them coming out for drivers looping their cars off of turn #2. The NBSR Official sent the safety truck out there many times to make sure there was no oil. But to come and find out a Portal John had been turn over in the Grandstands and it was leaking on the track. After that was cleaned up on lap #87 the Busch drivers went green the rest of the way.

 With the Roush Rocket Man living up to his name he passed Dalegolf and never looked back. Rocket Man took the win with Dalegolf in 2nd and a fine run for Hipo who was 3rd. Someone forgot to tell him this was not Watkins Glen. Hipo ran in the top 5 all night long and had one great car. Just two was a little better then him. Bozzco would run 4th and Sarge201 would come home in 5th.

 Dalegolf lead the most laps with 65. Hard Charger would go to Bozzco who started 21st and would finish 4th. Head Ache would go to djwarrior 4th to 13th. Race #3 next week will head to Sunny Daytona Beach for a Night Race.
